How do I determine volume pounds?
Measure the Depth, Height and Width of the package. Round up each measurement to the nearest inch. Multiply the Depth x Height x Width and divide that result by 166. Round up to the nearest whole number. That will be Volume Pounds (H x W x D= ?/166=VLB)

What ground transportation in the US do you recommend for sending packages to the Miami address?
UPS ground is recommended because of availability of location, and their use of tracking numbers with receiving signatures.
How long will it take for my mail and packages to arrive?
After arriving at our warehouse in Miami, your mail and packages should arrive in Panama in 7 to 10 days.

What items are not allowed in containers with my household goods?
Alcohol, firearms, live plants, fruits, vegetables, corrosive and flammable materials, aerosol cans, and others are not allowed in shipping containers of household goods. Please call or e-mail if you have a question about an item.
